This was me on my 25th birthday December 2009. I started MFP in Jan of 2011 and I was pretty much the same weight. I am down 50 lbs and still have about 50 lbs to go but thought I would share. I started out at 245 and I am now 192. This was taken last week at my son's birthday party.

    I have (had) that same shirt that you are wearing in the first pic... the black and gray one... I had a few that were the same style, that I thought I could hide my size in... i couldnt. I started at 254 and I am about to cross into onderland! Congrats on the loss!!

    Congrats!!! That is AWESOME! And 53lbs lost is AMAZING! Congratulations! You look great and there is a huge difference! Can not wait until I get to the "50lbs lost" mark!
