Eggs (or egg white liquids for folks who don't like whole eggs)

Thin breads (sara lee makes a 45 cal/slice bread, or sandwich thin for 100 cal)

lean meats like salmon, cod, chicken, low fat beef cuts (or fatty ones that you can primp and prepare for yourself)

at least 1 box of a kashi cereal in my house at all times (I love cereal!)

milk! I've been using almond milk, a little more expensive than cow milk but tastes amazing and doesn't give me so much trouble like cow milk does

Everyone says fish! What kind of fish? The only fish I have ever bought is catfish nuggets, that I breaded and fried!

I buy any type of fish, cover them in herbs and rarely some lemon juice, put them on a flat pan (with little edges because fish get leaky now and then) and bake them inside the oven. They come out so good, at least I think they do :) I usually only buy cod because it is cost effective. Salmon is DELICIOUS but rather expensive.
