Hi everyone!
I'm new to this. Since my hystorectomy I've put on weight and now I'm at 309 lbs which I have to loose. I HAVE NEVER weighed that much in my life. My daughter is getting married Sept of 2012 and I want to look nice for her. Documenting everything I eat OMG...It wasn't easy since I'm very forgetful but I'm getting used to writing down everything, plus it helps me and keeps me in check so I don't go over my daily calorie intake. Wish me luck!

I have arthritis in my feet or maybe it's all this weight I'm carrying around. Any suggestion for the arthritis?

Welcome....good luck on your journey,MFP is a great tool and there is tons of information here!!
Sounds as if all the extra weight is more of an issue than arthritis but if it is either Swimming and stationary biking sound like they would work amazing for you!!
