    No need to do anything special. You are having and will have better and worse days, and each of those makes up for the rest.

    If you were still in your calories for the week, you will be fine. I personally like to go for a long run after I over indulge in carbs for a day.

    Thanks guys! I was kind of in my feelings when I posted that. I had this irrational fear of waking up headachy and diabetic.

    If you're exercising regularly, especially resistance training, your body can deal with carbs much better than an obese sedentary individual. I purposely use high carb refeed days to increase my workout intensity.
