How can I track my weight on a daily basis?

when I got this app yesterday, I entered my weight. Today, I entered my new weight and it rest my starting weight with today's weight.

    I use an outside app to track my weight. Happy scale. Theres a few others like trend weight & libra.

    Is it worth it to track daily? It will look like an EKG.

    That might be a glitch. I use an Aria scale and it transmits my weight to MFP every day. It has never reset my start weight.

    Also are you adding a new weight or changing it on your profile? On the app you need to hit the add button at the bottom, then click weight. On the web version click check-in at the top of the home screen. If you go to your profile to update, that might explain the problem.

    On the mobile apps, enter your current weight (today's weight) under Progress, not under Goals.

    I have a Withings WiFi scale. It automatically logs my weight for me. Very convenient.
