Q: if I do not consume all my goal calories for the day should I eat more? Do the daily goal calories include exercise? :|

    daily goals do not include exercise, exercise it added, you should be able to see a nifty bar that will show your goal cals, what cals you have eaten and after you log your workouts, it will show you the added exercise cals on the bar.
