30 pounds in 10 weeks

This app made it much easier to lose weight. I weighed 231lbs and about 10 weeks later I am at 197lbs as of this AM. Was really in awe by just tracking what I put in my pie whole was this effective. Yes, I did do some bike riding but not that much. I did basically drop cheese from my diet, but still it was not that much will power. Just a little bit of eating awareness did the trick. Thanks for creating this app. I hope to lose another 20 pounds. Just plane awesome.
