I decided to make a LIFESTYLE CHANGE in January and now after 5 months I am posting a before and after. I have reached a mini goal and that was to lose some before my friends wedding.. I have post Jan 1st with 90 days following it up to today..I hope the pics come out right I am new to this.. What you think?

    you have to paste the IMG pictures, however, change it to 'img' small print to make it work
