Well last week i started my weight loss journey but i was not mentally prepared. and completely buiged today is a new week and ima starting itboff rite

    make sure your loss per week goal isn't too aggressive. Some people find that if they set their calorie goal too low, it just leads to binging at night after a few days. I don't know what your stats and settings all are set to, but with 64 lbs to go, you could try setting your goal loss to 1 lb per week. This might give you more calories throughout the day and lead to better adherence to your plan.
