make sure your loss per week goal isn't too aggressive. Some people find that if they set their calorie goal too low, it just leads to binging at night after a few days. I don't know what your stats and settings all are set to, but with 64 lbs to go, you could try setting your goal loss to 1 lb per week. This might give you more calories throughout the day and lead to better adherence to your plan.0
