I've seen many opinions on that subject, so I thought I ask you guys:

When is the best time to do strenght training? BEFORE or AFTER doing cardio?

Someone wrote an amazing blog post on the scientific reasons for it...I'll see if I can find it....anyone else know which one I'm talking about?

I had also wondered. Everything I've read said strength training before cardio, but when I'm at the gym I'm usually the only one strength training first. I was starting to doubt myself. Although I suppose they might see their cardio machines open and want to grab it while it's open

strength training before cardio allows you several things. 1. more energy to lift harder and achieve all most muscle fatigue ( latest studies discurage full muscle failure Mens Health) 2. by lifting first you deplete the glycogen stores in the muscle. this causes you to tap into fat cells to provide energy for the cardio, which = fat loss and weight loss.
