I'm stuck at a 20 lb weight loss. My goal is not only to run my first marathon in January, but to get this weight off. I've been running 5 to 6 days weekly. It has been a little frustrating that I have not lost a single pound over the last month. I had to put to scale away for a while. I do look better, and my clothes fit better, however no weight loss. A huge positive is that my blood pressure has significantly improved, so has my energy level. Today, was a good day. I jogged my longest distance of 11 miles. I will not post my time though, lol. Not a bad day for a 245 pounder. Anyhow, keep up the good work everyone. Friend me if you can use another one.0
