where to input fluid ???

Where or if ?? Do we have to input our fluid intake as I cannot see anywhere it says to input ??

    You don't have to if you don't want to. If you do you can hit the ➕ button at the bottom right corner of the app to enter water. Other drinks like juice and milk should be entered as food since they effect your calorie count.
