can anyone help me, please. What percentage of protein, carbs and fat should I be having each day??

Don't use percentages. Use grams.
- 0.6-0.8g of protein per lb of body mass
- 0.4-0.45g of fat per lb of body mass
- Fill rest of calories with carbs

These are a helpful guideline but MFP is set for percentages of the three macros. You can use these guidelines to find the number and then enter percentages that match as closely as possible.0 -
