Hello I'm Shayma

From a young age ive been the biggest in my family. Cousins wouldn't let me play with them because they thought it would be better to just make fun of me.
I grew up with alot of people making fun of me. Through primary school and secondary school, ive been laughed at and called names. Id learnt to hold my tears in and never cry infront of any one. My parents told me that once i get into college everything would be different. That everyone was mature and no one would focus much on my weight.
They were so wrong. In fact, my college years were my worse years. People were ruder. Werent afraid to say what they thought of me and always reminded me of how big i was.
I couldnt stand the thought of staying at that college any longer. I had no friends and i didnt bother making none either. My last year in college, i started to get paranoid and scared to even come into class. I skipped the last 2 months of college and didnt graduate.
I was scared to tell my parents because they expected me to go straight into uni. I didnt want them stressing me out about it. I already felt worthless as it is. And I didn't need a reminder.
Anyway a year later ive decided, you know what Shayma. You either shut up and stay the way you are, fat and lazy. Or actually get up and do something about it.
So i am.
Im going to get off my sorry *kitten* and actually put all that energy i have focused on being angry all the time and put it into exercise, instead of stress eating it away.
So heres my journey. Step by step im going to learn and do my best to loose weight for me to feel healthier and more comfortable in my skin.

I am so sorry that people have to act that way and you were caught up in it. If you would like to add me I would love to be a part of this journey with you. I am looking to loose about 50 lbs and want to keep it off. Ever since I had my kids I have been a yo-yo dieter. I have got the weight off just can't keep it off. I have also been through a lot of great diets that do work, so I can try and help you with whatever you need. Hope to talk to you soon.0

Jesus, I hate stories like that shay. I shed 100lbs and it felt great at the end, well there is no end because you need to keep it going to maintain.
You can sooooo do this, I was picked on as a kid too, by adults funnily enough, I stress eat too, even now, but I know how to even up the tally when I've relaxed, you've got every reason to do this, add me if ya like, I'm happy to help if you need it.0
