Greetings! I am not new to MFP, but new to the discussion boards in the last couple of days. I am a 62 yearold woman and I started MFP last August 1st weighing 292 pounds. I have now gone down to 198 pounds and am feeling great! I still have a long way to go, but I closing in on the 100 pound loss mark.
I recently posted some questions on the boards here to help me get off a 6 week long plateau. So, I have tweaked what I was doing by more accurate weighing and seem to have stepped off that plateau! It looks like a lot of good advce s to be had here. I will keep checking in.
