I'm not new to MFP, I've had one for a few years. Although I've never been able to stick with it. I'm constantly trying something new to lose the pounds and hopefully coming back here was my best choice.
I'm 5'5 and 248lbs. I got a fitbit in Feb and since then I've been more active. I need accountability and would love to meet people who are on the same journey as me and those who have succeeded.
Please feel free to add me and help me or so I can maybe help you

Connect your accounts at http://www.myfitnesspal.com/fitbit
Set your goal to .5 lb. for every 25 lbs. you're overweight: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/change_goals_guided
Enable negative calorie adjustments: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings
Ignore your Fitbit calorie goal and follow MFP's, eating back your adjustments.
You can learn more (and find friends) in the Fitbit Users group: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/1290-fitbit-users0 -
