Hello. I use to restrict/over exercise...now I can't stop eating. I went from anorexia to binge eating and 40lbs later I absolutely hate myself.
Counseling is not an option as I work + have school too often (the main places I binge too). I'm looking for a buddy who may live close by or even would like to be pen pals and is going through the same or similar situation?:c

    I have a binge eating problems as well. The only thing that saves me is my running addiction. I'm from southern Cali
