Hi everyone
I've been on my current health kick since the start of the year and have lost about 2 stone, down from 185lb to about 157lb. Not sure if I should keep trying to lose more or not. I still feel a bit flabby round the stomach so im thinking carry on but I read somewhere that it can take up to 18 months for your skin to srink back after losing weight so not sure. Any thoughts?

Not sure how tall you are, but 157lbs sounds like a pretty low enough weight for a Male IMO.
It's possible you could lose more weight, look skinny but still have the belly fat.
I would start maintaining and do some weight lifting (a body Recomp).

thanks for the Reply. Im about 5" 8 so I think ive still got a bit more I could lose before hitting ideal weight for my height. Your probably right though doing some weights might be the way to go.0
