Hey guys! I'm on my 3rd week of my weight loss journey (currently 204 lbs and my goal is 135 lbs just to have a normal bmi). I have lost weight, about 8 lbs and now I have flabby arms like a chicken. Currently doing boxing. Any suggestions on how to decrease flabbiness of arms?

    Compound lifting - progressive

they will tighten over time .. as you lose fat you can go through an intermediate time of looking worse, perhaps even dimply .. it's just the fat decreasing ..

just keep plodding on .. keep moving

and seriously .. free weight .. lift heavy things and put them down again

It depends what the problem is really: is it excess skin or a high body fat percentage? You'll likely find as you lose more body fat they get smaller on their own, but depending on your rate of loss (and a host of other factors) you could end up with loose skin there. You're young, so there's a good chance a year or two after you finish your weight loss that the skin will tighten up gradually.

Basically, moral of the story is don't worry about it for now. Just keep doing what you're doing. And if you're looking to build muscle, anyone else who comments after my post will likely tell you how to lift haha

Also, congrats on your 8lb down, way to go!
