try having some Miltons Multi grain crackers, they tend to be sweet and a good alternative to candy.. or maybe even a those nature valley granola bars..

Eat less carbs = eat more fats = crave less carbs = lose more fat

Or buy no-sugar added chocolate. Tastes good and you can't binge on that *kitten*, or you will... *kitten*.

After about a week of drinking aloe vera juice, you will lose cravings for carbs and sugar. It's one of the natural miracles of that plant along with the detoxifying elements, weight loss assistance, immune boosting qualities, etc. You can google the health benefits. You should drink it if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or have IBS/Crohn's, etc as it can act as a VERY MILD laxative. If you do buy it, don't buy the sweetened stuff, just the raw and organic stuff with pulp. It tastes vile, so plug chug and chase with warm water. It works!

Don't buy that stuff... it is full of garbage and IS either full of sugar alcohols or aspartame or artificial sweeteners. BAD for your body and will not aid in any weight loss and will only prolong the sugar cravings.

My sarcasm was lost in the text, heh. I'm not a fan of fighting cravings with artificial replacements. Kind of like quitting smoking cold turkey... or using the patch to "reduce cravings". None of it is good, so just bare through it :P

And I'll have to read more on aloe, I've seen more and more aloe products popping up.

Oh gosh... I thought you were serious!!! HA! You just can't read emotion via text, unfortunately... :)~ I am horribly sarcastic with a very sick sense of humor. I guess I should have picked up on that. But yeah, check out the aloe, it's great. Do you have a Trader Joe's near you? If so, you can buy it really inexpensively there.
  • Thank you :) and yea i will check out the aloe. n theres a trader joes down the street from me :)

I chew gum or drink water and try to distract myself with housework or something else.
