Hey guys
So i officially start my new healthy lifestyle (Not a diet, my diets always fail) On wednesday June 1st! So this week i have eaten as i usually do and tracked everything! Its a real eye opener!

I just checked and my Goal Weight of 120lbs would mean my bmi was 19.4 so ive increased it to 135 which would make me a nice healthy 22 bmi0 -
