Hey guys :) So i officially start my new healthy lifestyle (Not a diet, my diets always fail) On wednesday June 1st! So this week i have eaten as i usually do and tracked everything! Its a real eye opener!

Looking to lose around 60lbs the healthy way and could do with support :)

    I just checked and my Goal Weight of 120lbs would mean my bmi was 19.4 so ive increased it to 135 which would make me a nice healthy 22 bmi :)

    welcome i am starting mine this week as well and it is such an eye opener what you eat when you record it isn't it really scary if you need any help I will help you and keep you motivated
