i usually make my own...but I do support my local brewers.

I'm a fan of Weyerbacher Brewing, Free Will Brewing Co., and Troegs.

What do you have near you? Breweries, not brewpubs.
Somewhere you can drive to and get a case or fresh keg right from the brewery.

My hubby makes some great home brew, love the Belgian ales and wheat beers, but he makes one that tastes like Colorado bulldogs :)

OH GOD, I love beer so much, but I stopped drinking a few months ago for various reasons. We have McGuire's Irish Pub here that makes a great Irish Red. Also have World of Beer that I have never even been to (it opened after I stopped). There are some little breweries around here that I will explore someday when beer and me get re-aquainted.

Not much of a beer drinker, but I love the mead produces by a local winery: White Winter Winery in Iron River, WI. I especially like their dry mead and their black mead (honey wine with black currants). They even have a cool logo:

Meh. We don't have anything super noteable really. I mean, there are some good beers, but nothing to brag about.

I should say, this is an area I am jealous of San Diego or Portland (Oregon in general). SOOOOOO any good breweries there.

Blackstone Pumpkin Ale was my favorite beer brewed in Nashville.

My favorite local winery is the Orchard View Winery in Alma, IL. Turn left past the 1006th cornfield, and don't forget to try the Blackberry wine.
