Are you drinking a whole gallon of water because you think it will help you lose weight? If so, don't worry about that. First off, drinking an entire gallon is hard and so it would be bad to begin a habit that's not sustainable that will only discourage you. Secondly, water is good for hydration, but it does nothing for weight loss. Only eating at a deficit will help you lose weight.
Also, I hate to tell you, but 22 lbs (10 kgs) in a month and a week is just not going to happen. Considering that you're only 33 lbs from goal, you can probably expect a .5 lb - 1 lb (.2 - .5 kg) per week loss.
Can I make a recommendation? Set your weekly weight loss goal in MFP to lower than what it is now (likely 1 kg a week) and eat more calories. I don't know your height, but 1200 per day is the bare minimum for females unless they're exceptionally short. Drink enough water to keep you hydrated while you eat at a decent deficit. Celebrate the loss you do achieve, and then have an awesome birthday.0 -

Thank you so much for replying and suggesting, yes I am short 5'2". With that my average calories per day to reduce weight is 1200. And the purpose of adding 1 gallon of water intake is to keep myself hydrated, and to get less of hunger panks at unusual timings say at night.
Well m trying to keep it safe and included yoga session of 1 hour that includes 12 sets of Surya namaskar and 1000 kapalbhati pranayam.
Don't know how much it gonna work. But I am keeping myself positive and will accept happily whatever weight loss I will get till my birthday

Eat at a calorie defecit
Follow a progressive weight lifting programme
Drink to avoid dehydration
You may lose 10lbs by this birthday at a push..even that is a little high
But guess what? If you keep going there will be another momentous occasion in a few months and by then you could be at target
Cos one thing is certain, time passes anyway0 -
Why not try a less dramatic, more sustainable goal? Your kidneys will thank you.0

Thats a better goal than wanting to lose 10kg by your birthday. Keep that mindset!

As per my height to reduce weight I should go for 1200 calories per day and 1gallon of water is added to keep myself hydrated. With yoga session around 250-300 calories minimum will be burned and rest I don't know. If the goal is dramatic and less practical then also I am not gonna kick it back. If I achieved till date then good for me If I achieved a liitle then also it is good for me. I will continue it for sure.

Here's the math: 3500 kcals/lb of fat, so if you operate in a daily deficit of 1000/day (7000kcals/week) you could lose 2lbs a week. Very difficult for that to all be fat and assuming you don't want to lose muscle as well.
Drinking that much water may help with hunger, but will do nothing to help you lose weight faster, other than the initial water dump if you were not properly hydrated to begin with.
Just trying to help here by making this a successful and sustainable routine.0 -
Thanks will keep your suggestions in mind.0
