Rapid weight loss

eat one meal a day and make it in late afternoon nd drink water/coffee all day to keep ya going. make the meal low carb not more than 30 carbs and high protein and fat. You don't even need to exercise.

    What makes this a better plan than, oh I don't know, following MFP, eating meals at times that make people feel best, and losing at a reasonable and responsible rate?
