Calories burnt?

How do you guys feel about the amount of calories that myfitnesspal tells you you've burnt on any particular exercise? They estimate WAY higher than what my stationary bike does - what do you think?

There are hundreds of online activity calculators. If people feel like the MFP values are off, they can try out a few other calculators or their HRMs or their machine readouts and then take an educated guess at which is most appropriate.
FWIW, when I lost weight using the MFP goal, I used MFP's calculations and ate all of the calories and had no problem with my progress.0 -

To me, that seems the easiest... MFP takes puts more factors into play than the machine readout does anyways...0
