Vegan Receipes or Healthy Foods

I want to do completely vegan. I get bored eating the same food everyday! Usually 4 egg whites with bell pepper and onion and advocado with a coffee.

Lunch - maybe spagetti squash and marinara sauce

snacks - chocolate protein shakes before/after workouts, cups of broc, carrots, cauliflower

Dinner - egg whites etc or cottage cheese, yogurts

I do fix veggies with quinoa and black beans , sparkling water

    I eat raw almonds and nuts , kale salad with fruits and veggies

    i do a lot of group fitness classes at crunch gym and 24 hour...

    i hate weights but i am working on pull ups and doing a lot more with them...stagnant i feel...still

    Check out Thug Kitchen. Vegan cookbook and website. It's hilarious but I warn you it contains a lot of swearing...BUT the recipes are great!!!

    Gonna have to ditch the egg whites if you plan to go 100% vegan :/

    Roasted veggies! Toss some sweet potatoes, beets, turnips, rutagagas, sweet onions, garlic, cabbage, broccoli, asparagus, and/or anything else you had in the fridge with some olive oil, rosemary, and lemon peel at 425 degrees for 45min or so. Season with salt and pepper. Yum yum yum.
