Bbg Worries

I'm on week 2 day 2 of the bbg. I can definitely feel a difference and soreness in my legs and abs and I can tell it's a great workout, but I am fearful that I will get weeks in and not physically notice a difference. Looking for motivation and advice! :)

    I don't know what BBG is - but not doing something because you don't think you'll be good enough is not a reason to not do something. Not doing it will definitely NOT get you the results you're looking for.

    look for a program with proven results that has stood the test of time

    I do BBG! I have gotten incredible results through it! Yes I have stalled in progress occasionally but overall it was seriously the best!! I am on my 25th week of it so feel free to message me with any questions
