New Yogi Here!

Hello! I just started my yoga journey and am trying to loose 35 pounds. I am currently starting home gentle yoga lessons at home. Any advice of how to start off slowly to build my strength and flexibility? Thank you so much for your future feedback! :smiley:

    Try to do something everyday - even if it's 2 minutes worth. It will help create the habit.

    Hot yoga is awesome! I did it my whole pregnancy and before/after. Feels amazing and builds more strength ( I feel) since your struggling more to hold positions

    Get on your mat everyday. Sun salutations are great for building strength. Ashtanga practice is also great for strength and flexibility.
