Carb cycling success?

Hi All, I am looking for any success stories (pictures, numbers, etc) from women that have done or are currently doing carb cycling? Although I usually eat within my calorie limits, I am a high carb eater and am looking for some ways to shake up my eating plan. I’ve been dancing around the same 2lbs of weight loss gain/loss for 2+ months. I work out 5x per week with mostly strength training right now and some HIIT cardio. Thanks!

    I just started doing carb cycling and I am down 5 lbs in 3 days. I weigh myself daily. I've lost 1.5 lbs on each day of eating higher carb and 2 lbs on my low carb day. I think I need to eat more calories since those are some pretty big numbers, even though I'm eating my calories MFP gives for an active lifestyle. On my high carb days I eat around 150g and my low carb days are less than 20g. I was struggling to get below 165 by eating strictly low carb so I decided to take the plunge and try carb cycling, and I'm glad I did. I reached a point where low carb just wasn't sustainable for me anymore.

    I have been doing cc for two months.
    12.2 pound lost. Last week I couldn't do it perfectly but I lost 1 pound.
    I really can not do low carb diet ( atkins) but cc has been easy.
    I work out like you do.

    How do u work out which days are high and low ?

    Hi. I have been doing it since march. I do chris powells choose more lose more. I am on turbo cycle. I have lost 31 lbs! Also under the motivation forum there is a carb cyclers unite thread which is awesome.
