-Weigh and log everything you eat. I cant tell you how many times people complain that they aren't loosing weight only to discover they were not correctly logging in their food. They were in essence still overeating.
-Make sure you're in a deficit by the end of the day.
-Exercise regularly. It doesn't have to be extreme and it doesn't have to be every day. But aim for at least 3 times a week.
-Find a group of friends on MFP. By this I don't mean that you should send friend requests to 100's of people like other do on this site. I mean find 10, 15, 20... individuals who can act as your support and encouragement.
-Don't get discouraged if you mess up one day and go over your calories. Dont try to make up for this by skipping meals.
-It's ok to treat yourself from time to time, just make sure you include these indulgences in your deficit.
-If you put in the work you WILL loose the weight.0 -

Definitely log what you eat. And stick to eat. You won't over eat. It's hard but helps you stay on track.0
