Over the past year I have lost 30 lbs. during this process I have been working out and eating better. Now I am almost where I want to be and I am competing in an amatur sculpting competition. When I was losing weight my weight was going down, my fat % was going down, and my muscle % would originally go down as well. As the weeks went by my muscle would go up again and my fat would continue to go down. I'm just frustrated when my ending measurements I would have less muscle than in the beginning weeks. Now I am focusing on strength training instead of cardio and now I'm hungry all the time. I am eating protein rich foods and snacks to try to help and I'm still hungry. Any tips?! (The % I was getting my fat and muscle from was off of a scale at the nutrition club I was doing weight loss competitions at)

I have been eating more and more often. I was told today that I needed to eat more than I am before I work out and afterwards as well. So hopefully that helps!0
