Hi Looking to lose 3 pounds a week anybody can give adviice?

    You haven't really given anything here to go on but allegedly 3 per week is too much.
    Something about your health, yadda yadda, results in muscle loss, etc etc.. anyway.

    Your goal is to lose 60 pounds.. and your just starting out. I'd say, If you've done nothing so far, follow the calorie plan mfp suggests and walk at least 30 minutes EVERYday (even if you do it 10 minutes at a time). If you're really not used to moving your body and have been just eating willy nilly, that will produce results.

    Ps you haven't really given anything to go on here, so it's a starting point.

    Three pounds is very fast and probably not realistic. I would recommend setting your stats in MFP and logging very accurately with the calories it gives you.
