Fiber-rich foods!

As a former vegan/vegetarian, I've been too busy marveling at my skyrocketing protein levels to realize I'm barely getting any fiber!

Please help me by recommending fiber-rich foods, as I am clueless.

    Chia seeds work for me, as do flax seeds and oats. I like berries (blackberries are packed with fiber). And the fruits and veggies that your used to eating for your veggie days?? So funny how we see some things and not others depending on our focus :)

    Fruits and veggies. Raspberries are my favorite high-fiber food.

    Some breakfast cereals have good amounts of fiber. :)

    I love raw sunflower seeds. I either eat them from the package, or put them in salads and my yogurt.
