Well, long story short, against all stereotypes, a battle with cancer left me with a lot of extra weight. I have gotten the all clear, and even a stern recommendation, to begin dieting and exercise. I am somewhat limited as to what I can do physically for now, which makes things more challenging... But what the heck, I love a challenge! I look forward to meeting you as we embark on this journey toward more healthful living. ❤ Bekki

If you knocked cancer down for the count, some extra weight will be nothing for ya ;-). definitely start by focusing on creating a caloric deficit in the kitchen and then second on exercising -- if you've been out for awhile, start slow!0
