Looking to support and have support!

Anyone in the same boat as me?
I'll be turning 50 in 31 weeks time (feb 2016) and I want to look fab at 50!
Unfortunately I have to lose 4 1/2 stone before then. That's 2 pound a week.... With 31 weeks I'll need to dig deep to find motivation for that length of time!
I started on Monday, so this is day three!
Please, anyone out there I can befriend to do this with?

Well, I lost 40lbs in 5 months when I was 40. That was 4 years ago and I've kept if off, which I was determined to do. Add me if you want.0

I'd be happy to assist in any ways that I can! Your biggest factor is going to be maintaining that caloric deficit, focus on eating foods that make you feel full and you'll get there!0

You can do it! As many have shown, age is only a number when you have the motivation and will!
