I just want to be a size zero or 2 (like Snookie's size) - I mean not that short, but that level of thinness - not sure what weight that will be, so 110 is my closest guess so far but I don't lift weights or work out, so I need to start and in that case, maybe 115 could be a size zero if I bring my body fat down, which is currently at 24%. I found a few twins, but they're 1/2 my age. I am not allowed as many calories per day as they are, due to my age, so still hoping to find a true twin and one with pictures! I am a university student in the middle of doing a bunch of internships which involve me sitting for eight hours a day so I have developed some unhealthy habits. I have a small frame so 115lb is a healthy weight for me.
I can't find anyone as old as I am with the same goals who is my twin also. So, you're kinda close. I'm 47. My current weight is 122 and my goal is 110. If I get muscular w/ weights though, then 115 might be ok. I'm also 5'4"

I am the mother of a 14 month old. I've lost 18 lbs in the last six months and 2 sizes in the last year. My goal is to lose 1 lb a month. I do yoga between 3-5 hours a week, walk my dog daily, meditate and swim laps three times a week. I'm happy with taking a gentle loving approach to weightloss and compassionate self care.0
