Yummy PB & Banana Overnight Oats for Breakfast!

1/4 cup of old fashioned oats
1/3 cup of unsweetened cashew milk
1T of ground flaxseed
1/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt
2T of PB2 or 1T of natural PB
- put all ingredients in a closed pint jar and shake until well mixed. Stir in 1/2 sliced banana. Chill in fridge overnight!

    I love PB2, but I agree I found it expensive, I just discovered another brand on IG that was much cheaper tho - so that's where I get my fix from :smile: - checkout pbandme.ca

    I have been considering making overnight oats for a while now but never got around to it. Can anyone tell me what the texture is like? I like my oats well cooked so they arent "chewy" or only feel partially cooked. Is that an issue with the overnight ones at all?

    than overnight oats is the way to go. I find overnight oats creamier and less chewy. But what i do is in the fridge overnight and heat up in the microwave before eating for 1.5 minute

    Does it work as well with regular 1% milk? I recently tried almond milk, and was very not impressed with the taste. That sounds like a very tasty breakfast though.

    Does the "T" in the recipe mean tablespoon or teaspoon ?

    I had some overnight oats this morning yummy my favorite breakfast.
    1/2 cup of old fashion oats
    1/2 of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    2 tbsp of vanilla Greek yogurt
    Drizzle in some honey
    mix together
    Toppings
    1 medium apple cut in to small squares
    1 tbsp of almond butter
    A small pinch of ground cinnamon for extra flavor.
    Warm up for a minute and a half the next morning I promise it is so delicious.

    I also do a great berry one and banana w/ almond butter the same way just add different toppings

    I would like to try this . Will organic whole or 2 % milk work?
