This is a funny thread and it just started out. I had someone tell me in the gym the other day. Hey thats alot a weight arent you afraid of getting bulky. lol

Just consuming protein isn't going to make you bulky. It will help you build muscle and recover faster from your workouts. Women will generally not bulk up due to the lack of testosterone. It would take years of training for you to put on that kind of muscle.0

My shake is anywhere between 24 and 42 grams of protein and I don't get bulky. I'm 4'11". I lose fat though and that is fantastic!!0

It's likely that you added the protein to your normal eating habits, therefore adding 100-200 (or more) calories per day to your daily intake. That is probably what made you gain the weight.0
