I would like to know this also, since it is quite the deal on Insta these days.

My girlfriend has it and is about 3 weeks into the program. She enjoys it so far.

You can do it at home, although it is best to be in a gym as there is some equipment needed, and progressively more down the line (things like a medicine ball and a bench).

From my point of view it is quite generalist, aiming to please the masses rather than being specific, although it is structured well enough to provide some progression.

I think it's more a case of giving some motivation and direction to people that have previously been lacking in these areas.

It seems to me that it strives to achieve the typical thin, sporty-girl look, which may or may not be your preference - or dare I say it - achievable for others.

Hi I'm doing it at the moment I'm on week 3. I did it before and got to week 6 before I stopped but I've restarted because it's really good for seeing results quickly. I like it because it encourages you to take progress pictures rather than weighing yourself which is something I normally get really hung up on. The first time round I did it in the the gym but this time I'm doing it at home as you don't really need any equipment, just some hand weights (could use cans/bottles of water) and a bench (I use a chair). I think if you're starting out with strength training like me it's great. For those seeking something a bit more hardcore, it's probably too simple. If you go onto Kayla's website she has a free weekly sample you could try before you buy! But I'd def recommend it
