Here I Go!

I downloaded this app over 2 years ago but never stuck with it. Now that I am diligently working out through Cardio, PopPilates and some weight lifting I am finally seeing myself get stronger but some stubborn fat areas seem to linger! Work to get back down a couple pounds but OVERALL I'm using this app to see where j need to make changes in my eating habits whether it's more or less of something, I have been working towards eating much cleaner!

    That's great! Congrats! Best of luck with it! Day 4 for me. Bit of a challenge, but I'm ready for it!

    This app is great to keep track of your food intake but takes some effort putting it if your busy all the time, good luck with with your journey :smile:
