MFP recipe maker

I was confused after making some recipes in MFP. It adds all the ingredients, adjusts to my number of servings and looks correct, then when I "save" or "save&log" the entry has its calories drastically reduced from what it stated just a moment before.

Simple example
Coffee 10 oz = 3 Calories
Whole Milk .1 Cup = 15 Calories
Sugar 1.5 tsp = 22 Calories
Total Calories = 40 Calories per serving

Then when I save it, the entry becomes "My Coffee 1 serving 23 Calories.

I've had mashed potatoes go from 129 to 117 and a liver/vegetable entre go from 280 to 141. And I can't figure out how to edit a recipe (or look at the ingredients) once it is made.

Anyone know what is up with this?

I'm having the exact same problem. Were you able to find an answer?

I just checked my recipes and there is an "edit" button to the right. Does that not help you do what you want?

Click on the recipe name. You'll see the Manage Recipe page. Below that, there is an Edit Recipe link. Click on that and you'll get the individual ingredients. You have to move your cursor over a bit to the right and more options will appear in light grey print. Double check your quantities and your serving numbers.
