I started using this thing yesterday and I can't figure out how to get the calories for the exceed use one can someone help me!

    @plaffo786 @beemerphile1 I meant I'm trying to figure out how to add the calories on to my daily goal like how it goes goal-food-exercise-remaining I can't add anything to the exercise part

    your right- you can't add in exercise calories. But you can add exercises- use the tab next to food and look up the type of exercise you did. The calories will automatically be added into your daily count.

    If you look at the top of the site, there are the words My Home ... Food ... Exercise ... Reports ...

    Enter your food into the Food tab
    Enter your exercise into the Exercise tab

    what is the exercise?

    if you did lifting then it's listed under "strength training" as a general concept. If you did some cardio that isn't there you can always create your own exercise and put in how many calories you burned based off of your HRM or another website telling you what the average burn should be.

    Make sure you are entering the exercise into the exercise 'diary' and not the exercise 'database'. For some reason the website default page is the database, not the diary.
