Today I stepped on the scale and discovered that I've lost 40 lbs!! I'm going on vacation in two months and my goal before vacation is to lose 50. I can't believe I'm almost there!! I still have a total of 90 lbs to go but three months ago I would have never thought I could do this. Just keep swimming, just keep swimming, just keep swimming...

    Congratulations! I am almost at the same point in my journey (just hit 30 pounds lost this morning, 70+ more to go) and I know how hard you must have worked to get this far. Keep on going! Best of luck to you!
