- To MyFitnessPal Community,

I am writing to reach the experts and wise-men of MyFitnessPal. Those who have used MyFitnessPal to accomplish their goals and can give tips and the strategies they used to be successful.

I am wanting to make a lifestyle change that encounters me to lose fat. I am currently 150 lbs and my goal weight is to be 135 lbs. I am a student with a part time job, so I try to go to the gym when I am not busy (almost never). I try to shoot for 3x a week. So far, I have not loss any weight nor have I gained any weight in the last few years. I find it very difficult to log my food because I like to eat what I want and not have to feel bad that it was so many calories. I know what I need to do to reach my goal, but I give up easily. I keep promising myself that I will do better but nothing changes. But I really want this to happen for me because I want to more confident in myself. I want to feel good when I put on any type of clothing and not be ashamed of the way it fits or feels. I want to be comfortable in my own skin and feel beautiful.

I would love it if everyone reading my post would friend me so that I have support and can support you as well, thank you in advance.

    I have just started, too so I don't really have any advice to give you yet, but look for my friend request. I can always use some extra support, too.
