The more weight I lost, the more love I gained for myself. I have learned to love my body, to treat myself well, to let other people love me, and to not be ashamed of who I am.

I started to focus on my health, not on my weight. I no longer let the numbers define me. I no longer stress out over the scale, but I let my body tell me when I'm veering off track and need some healthy nummies in me.

I learned how to push myself and found my strength, both physically and mentally. And I found confidence.

And I couldn't have done any of this without MFP.

    I just want people to know that, coming from someone who hated her body, it is possible to start loving it at any size, and to make it healthy, and to get to a point where you are completely happy with yourself. Once it became about health, and not beauty, because I already felt beautiful, it was so much easier.
