Howzit All. I'm running out of ideas to have for breakfast. I stopped eating cereal nearly 2 months ago, and from just stopping that, and eating less carbs, I dropped 3kgs - could not believe it! So my breakfasts lately have been mainly eggs and bacon, and a chia seed shake with coconut milk. Thing is, I'm getting a bit bored, and would like to a bit of a change. Anyone have ideas on another alternative for breakfast?
No cereals please, that includes oats.

Take out the bacon, put in ham? Don't take out the eggs, eggs are good.

This morning I'm trying Skyr, and icelandic yoghurt, with mixed berries and a sprinkle of flaxseed.

Any other shake/smoothie: eg. banana, mango, OJ and coconut milk; berries, banana and yoghurt; banana, peanut butter and milk.
Omelet with ham, fried egg with mushrooms, sundried tomato and feta on toast, boiled egg on avocado toast, cheese omelet, Greek yoghurt egg salad, Greek yoghurt with fruit and nuts, scrambled egg wrap with veggies, cottage cheese+fruit or pb toast.

EDIT: Sorry, I completely missed the no carbs part! The fried eggs you could turn into an omelette (I love anything feta), instead of pb toast you could have coconut flour pancakes with pb or cottage cheese? And instead of a boiled egg avocado sandwich, you could bake the egg into the avocado if your fat macros allow it.

I made this for a daily snack w/butter and plan on switching to it from protein shakes for breakfast when I'm closer to goal. It's calorific so dangerous to have around if you would have more than one small slice per day

    Seed & Nut Bread

Here is one without oats that is equally good:

    Paleo Bread

Make a loaf. Pop in the fridge or freezer. Breakfast done for 2 weeks.

Since you're not eating carbs, how about an egg white omelet. I use egg whites and bulk up with sauteed mushrooms, peppers, zucchini and tomatoes. You could do spinach and cheese. Omelets are one of my favorites.

smoothies: any combination of; whole milk, oj, apples, grapes, oranges, peaches, pears, strawberries, blueberries, yogurt, peanut butter, bananas. I eat a smoothie every morning and LOVE the way it makes me feel. I'm good for at least three hours afterwards. you can go low fat on the milk, use frozen fruit or skip the oj.
