Can NOT loose last 20 pounds. Help!

Hi everyone. In the last year I was able to loose 45 pounds. But now It's been another 3 months and I haven't lost a single pound. I've stayed the same weight. I can not loose the last 20 pounds. It's really frustrating because I am still eating the same and working out 6 days a week. What am I doing wrong? What can I do to loose the last 20 pounds? Any tips or advice? Thank you!

    Have you changed your workout routine? What kind of exercise are you doing and how often?

    Mix it up a little. Your body gets used to the same ol' routine after a while.

    What do you have your goal set at? When you are nearing goal weight you should have a goal to only lose 1/2 pound per week. Change your eating habits, and exercise routine. Keep your body guessing.

    Try changing things up. When I got down to the last 15 lbs, I got stuck. Believe it or not, I increased my calories (I put to lose 0.5 lbs/week vs. 1 lb/week), and I started losing again. The last several lbs will come off alot slower. Just don't give up!!! Also, change up your workout routine if you haven't already. Make sure to be getting your water intake and watch your sodium intake.

    Change things up!!
    Add more calories, or cycle them! and swicth up your work out routine.
