Praise be to God! Insanity month 2 completed. I did it y'all...Can't believe it's happening...lost for words...at 3 months postpartum, I am a completely different person...literally...healthy, fit and fabulous!!! The first chapter of my journey is over after 65 days of insanity and it's a true testament to the results hard work and discipline can accomplish...Take a look at how far i have come...
Am a first time mom: 3months 3 weeks postpartum/post cs
I didn't follow insanity's nutrition guidelines just clean eating and eating enough to sustain my milk supply coz am breastfeeding....

    I worked out around my baby's schedule and took it one day at a time..it wasn't easy i can assure you!

    Love your smile! You look great! And yes, Praise be to God! I am not ready for Insanity...lol...I tried it and day 1 hurt myself, so You Go Girl. :) I will use it to wrap up my goal.
