Blew it today so far

I'm at National Conference, using energy to go up and down stairs, lot of walking (huge building), but my food intake today so far is off the charts, (the conference fed us) and it's only 2:15EDT. I've got to do better tomorrow. NO EXCUSES!!!

Shake it off. One bad day (even a really bad day) shouldnt hurt you too bad. Stay active, tighten up going forward. Good luck.0

You're away from home. Unless you're frequently away, I wouldn't sweat it. A day or two can only ruin the whole diet if you give up.
People almost always quit things when they think they'll fail, but it's the quitting that causes the failure. Stick with it and you'll get there.
